Questions

Things people ask us

Are you taking new patients?

Yes. Fill in the new patient form online before your first visit and bring your ID and medical aid card. It saves about ten minutes at reception.

Do you take medical aid?

Yes. We claim directly from medical schemes. If your scheme pays less than our fee, we tell you the difference before your visit. We also see cash patients at the prices on our fees page.

What if I need a doctor at night?

Our on-call doctor answers the phone on weekday evenings until 21:00 and on weekends. For anything life-threatening, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital emergency unit.

Can I choose my doctor?

Yes. Most patients see the same doctor every time. If your doctor is not in, you can see one of the other three, who can read your full file.

Do you see children?

Yes, from newborns up. Dr Sityana has a diploma in child health and sees many of our younger patients.

Is the building accessible?

Yes. There is a lift from the parking level, a wide entrance, and an accessible bathroom on our floor.
